Job summary
The Netball World Cup Sydney 2027 is seeking an experienced VIP Functions & Operations Lead to plan and deliver VIP, stakeholder and hospitality programs across a major international event. You will collaborate with the Executive Officer to align VIP needs with tournament operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience from planning to execution.
Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in event coordination or major events, strong stakeholder engagement, and excellent organisational skills.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in event coordination or major events.
- Experience coordinating VIP, hospitality or guest programs.
- Strong planning and operational delivery capability.
- Experience managing registrations, guest lists and complex logistics.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver the VIP and stakeholder program.
- Coordinate VIP protocol, guest services and hospitality logistics.
- Manage invitations, RSVPs, registrations and guest communications.
- Oversee guest lists, seating, accessibility and dietary requirements.
- Coordinate VIP accreditation, transport, venue movements and schedules.
- Support on‑the‑day coordination and volunteer rostering.
