Job summary

Brown Family Wine Group in Kayena, Tasmania, is seeking a hands-on vineyard operator to support our vineyard duties across seasonal cycles. Based at the Kayena Vineyard, the role offers a full-time, permanent position Monday to Friday with an RDO every second week.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in viticulture or related agriculture/ horticulture.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Good physical fitness and hands-on machinery operation skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractors and perform vineyard tasks according to seasonal requirements.
• Trim and prune vines and assist harvest operations.
• Maintain irrigation and trellis systems and support vineyard upkeep.
