Job summary

About the Role

Located in the Yarra Valley, this hands-on vineyard role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a supportive, collaborative team. The position offers the opportunity to be actively involved in a wide range of day-to-day vineyard operations. You will play an important part in supporting overall vineyard productivity and quality, while developing your skills in a practical and dynamic environment.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out seasonal vineyard tasks including harvesting and pruning
• Operating tractors and a range of vineyard machinery safely and efficiently
• Assisting with general vineyard maintenance and operational tasks as required
• Following all workplace health and safety guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures
• Working collaboratively with the vineyard team to meet seasonal demands and production goals
  

About You

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and versatile individual with good interpersonal skills and the capacity to learn in a team-based working environment. The successful candidate must have previous vineyard experience as well as experience in the operation of tractors and other farm machinery.
