Pay and Conditions: Pay and conditions are in accordance with the Wine Industry Award 2020. The current minimum full-time hourly rate is $27.59 per hour, plus applicable penalties, allowances and superannuation. Hours of Work: 38 ordinary hours per week, with reasonable additional hours during peak operational periods where applicable.
