Job summary

Levande’s The Willows in Winston Hills, NSW seeks a proven leader to manage a retirement village offering independent living units and serviced apartments. You will oversee village operations, financial performance and the resident experience, and shape improvement plans with resident input.

You’ll build trust with residents and your team, mentor peers, and collaborate with specialist groups to support day-to-day operations and long-term sustainability onsite.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years in retirement living or asset management.
• Proven experience leading large teams and budgeting.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work onsite consistently.
• Knowledge of retirement village legislation is valued.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with residents and families.
• Lead village team and manage budgets.
• Coordinate maintenance and upgrades with asset teams.
• Ensure safety, compliance and continuity.
• Mentor new Village Managers.
