Levande The Willows in Winston Hills, NSW, seeks a Senior Village Manager to lead a retirement village with independent living units and serviced apartments set on five acres of landscaped grounds in Sydney’s Hills District. You will blend operational leadership with meaningful resident relationships to make everyday life better.

In your first year you will build trust with residents and your team, drive village performance and deliver improvements through the Village Improvement Plan.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years’ experience in retirement living, property or asset management.
• Proven leadership of large teams and performance management.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets and financial reporting.
• Ability to build relationships with residents, families and committees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Willingness to be onsite to support residents and daily operations.

Aufgaben

• Build trusted relationships with residents, families and resident committees, encouraging open communication and resolving concerns with care and sound judgement.
• Lead and develop your village team, setting clear expectations and creating a positive, inclusive workplace.
• Manage village budgets and financial performance, balancing service quality, resources and long-term sustainability.
• Partner with asset management teams on maintenance, refurbishments and accommodation upgrades, supporting smooth resident arrivals and departures.
• Maintain strong safety and compliance practices, including relevant retirement village legislation, risk management and business continuity.
• Contribute to regional initiatives, share good practice and provide mentoring to new Village Managers.
