Job summary

Levande is seeking an Assistant Village Manager for Sydney’s Hills District, with two opportunities in Castle Hill and Winston Hills. You will work closely with the Village Manager, gaining hands-on experience in resident engagement, daily operations and financial management to keep the village running smoothly.

As you grow in the role, you’ll become a trusted point of contact for residents, develop leadership skills, and contribute to improving village services and community connections.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering strong customer service and building effective relationships.
• Practical understanding of budgets, expenditure and everyday business operations.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
• Ability to work consistently onsite, supporting residents and daily village operations.

Responsibilities

• Build experience in village management while creating a community where residents feel connected, supported and at home.
• Support daily operations, village administration, contractor services and resident arrivals/departures.
• Assist with budgets, expenditure tracking and maintenance planning to support a well-managed village.
• Coordinate community activities and work with Sales & Marketing on local initiatives.
• Support safe work practices, regulatory compliance and improvements to village operations.
