Job summary

All About Caring in Liverpool, NSW is seeking Vietnamese-speaking Disability Support Workers on a casual basis. You will support clients with daily living tasks in group homes and community settings, following tailored plans with a rotating roster that includes weekends.

We offer flexible shifts and a refer-a-friend bonus of $100 per successful referral. Ideal candidates hold current NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and a valid driver’s license, with a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Vietnamese speaking is required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• WWCC (or willingness to obtain).
• First Aid and CPR certificate current.
• Driver license with access to a reliable vehicle.
• Flexible availability for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to clients with daily routines in group homes and the community to promote independence.
• Assist with personal care, domestic duties, meal preparation and medication administration.
• Follow Clients Support Plans within scope of duties.
• Provide High Intensity Supports as per Plans, e.g., complex bowel care, enteral feeding, dysphagia, ventilator, catheter support.
