BIC Consolidated is seeking an experienced Area Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial cleaning sites across Victoria. You will lead multi-site operations, ensure contract compliance and maintain client relationships with a focus on service excellence.

In this senior role, you will drive quality assurance, use digital reporting and budgeting tools, manage a dispersed team and respond effectively to operational challenges while upholding WHS requirements.
