Job summary

Konica Minolta is seeking a visionary leader to head our Victorian operation, driving business growth and developing a high-performing sales team. You will shape strategy, strengthen customer relationships, and expand our presence across Victoria.

You will report to the Chief Sales Officer and play a key role in major tenders, strategic initiatives, and business transformation, promoting our values of collaboration, customer focus, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, your primary accountabilities will include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Driving sustainable revenue growth across Victoria through strategic planning and execution.
• Building capability within the team by fostering a culture of accountability, development, and continuous improvement.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborating with State Managers, Vertical General Managers, and national teams to identify and capture new business opportunities.
• Work with the State Service Delivery Manager and the Service team to deliver high quality customer service
• Contributing to major tender submissions, strategic initiatives, and business transformation activities.
• Promoting a culture that reflects Konica Minolta's values of collaboration, customer focus, and innovation.
