Job summary

Konica Minolta is seeking a part-time Customer Service Valet to join our Adelaide team. You will attend on-site at customer sites across the Adelaide CBD and metro areas, ensuring top-notch print quality, equipment cleanliness and timely consumables replacements.

You will perform basic maintenance and provide first level fault support, escalating complex issues to the Helpdesk while training customers on printer operation.

Responsibilities

• Attend to Konica Minolta printing equipment at customer sites across Adelaide CBD & metro areas.
• Provide maintenance support, service and Helpdesk support.

• Provide first level response to equipment faults following customer service procedures.
• Ensure paper stock levels and consumables are managed.
• Train customer users on printer operation, as required.

Due to the continued growth of our business, we are seeking a part-time (approx. 25hrs/week) Customer Service Valet who will attend to the Konica Minolta printing equipment and provide exceptional onsite customer service to our valued clients based in the Adelaide CBD & metro areas as required.

Reporting to the State Service Delivery Manager, you will be fully trained to be responsible for:

• Attending to print equipment at various customer sites based across Adelaide CBD & metro areas as required to ensure a high standard of copy quality, equipment cleanliness and changing of consumables, in accordance with the agreed services levels
• Maintenance support, service and Helpdesk support
• Coordinating and performing basic fault preventative servicing in relation to the printing equipment
• Providing first level response on equipment faults in line with Konica Minolta's customer service values / customer statement of work obligations and escalating specific technical equipment / software issues to Konica Minolta Helpdesk
• Ensuring paper stock is managed to agreed levels, and filling paper trays
• Consumables management
• Customer User Training - providing scheduled or ad hoc training to Customer users in relation to the operation of the printer

Who are we Looking For?

• You have experience in providing exceptional customer service, caring about customers and relationships
• You will be required to obtain a Working with Children Check
• You are professional, proactive, organised, and take pride in your work
• Some technical experience is preferred however you should enjoy problem solving and resolving issues both with customers and machines
• A desire to learn - you will have initial and on-going hands on product training to ensure the success of your career at Konica Minolta
• A reliable vehicle is required for this role to travel between sites. A per km allowance will be paid

As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks (which includes a police check). Due to the nature of this role and as mentioned above, you will also be required to obtain a Working with Children check.
