Job summary

Compassion Australia in Victoria is seeking a dedicated Schools Community Manager to grow and nurture school partnerships under the Changemakers program. You will visit schools, deliver engaging experiences, and support helping students live out compassion.

In this 0.4 FTE role, you will collaborate with the Schools Team, coordinate visits and events across Melbourne and regional Victoria, and maintain CRM records while shaping the program's growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build long-term partnerships with schools.
• Experience delivering presentations and student workshops.
• Ability to manage CRM records and coordinate events.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term partnerships with VIC schools, aligning plans with each school's vision and student formation goals.
• Deliver Changemakers experiences across Melbourne and regional Victoria including launch days, workshops and leadership presentations.
• Represent Compassion with professionalism to inspire students, educators and school communities.
• Foster relationships with school leaders and identify opportunities to deepen engagement.
• Collaborate with the Schools Team to ensure a consistent partner experience and share best practices.
• Coordinate school visits, events and partnership activities while maintaining accurate records and CRM data.
