Job summary

Victorian Government’s Thriving Kids program seeks a Community Partner Contract Advisor to manage relationships with organisations delivering services and ensure providers meet agreed requirements. The role supports contract administration, performance monitoring and cross-team liaison across Victoria.

You will work with a multidisciplinary Thriving Kids team to build partnerships and a new service model, traveling between Coburg and Bendigo as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract, performance, commissioning, grants management or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with community organisations and colleagues.
• Ability to identify, assess and respond to risks and emerging concerns.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborative approach across teams to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day contractual relationships with commissioned community partner organisations.
• Monitor provider performance, reporting and compliance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate contract and performance reviews, including follow-up actions and contract administration.
• Provide clear advice, briefings and reports on provider performance and emerging issues.
• Connect providers with relevant Department teams and stakeholders for additional support.
• Contribute to contract establishment, variations and other commissioning activities as Thriving Kids expands.
