Compassion Australia is seeking a Schools Partnership Manager (VIC) to grow and steward partnerships with schools across Victoria through the Changemakers program.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Christian education, chaplaincy, youth ministry or stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Bring

• A genuine love for Jesus and a heart for helping young people grow in faith and character
• Strong relationship-building, communication and presentation skills, across all ages; Brings initiative, creativity and enthusiasm to every school engagement.
• Excellent organisation, planning and time management, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
• A proactive, self motivated and resilient approach, with the adaptability, positive attitude and collaborative mindset to thrive in a team environment.
• Experience in Christian education, chaplaincy, youth ministry or stakeholder engagement (desirable)
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education, Ministry, Community Development, Business, Marketing or a related discipline (desirable).
• A current Driver's License and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
