Job summary

Thriving Kids is a Victoria-wide program; this role supports a new model by managing relationships with contracted community organisations and ensuring providers meet agreed requirements. The Community Partner Contract Advisor will oversee performance, risks, and compliance while coordinating reviews and contract administration, linking providers with relevant teams as needed.

Based in Coburg or Bendigo, travel between locations is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract, performance, commissioning, grants management or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse partners.
• Ability to identify, assess and respond to risks and emerging concerns.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day contractual relationships with commissioned community partner organisations.
• Monitor provider performance, reporting and compliance, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate contract and performance reviews, follow-up actions and admin.
• Provide clear advice, briefings and reports on provider performance and issues.
