Cari is seeking an experienced Retail District Manager to lead and drive retail excellence across VIC stores. This role oversees commercial performance and store operations, develops Store Managers, and ensures brand standards across the district.

You will analyze data, coach teams, manage loss prevention, and champion a service and selling culture with a consumer-obsessed mindset across Victoria. Travel will be required to visit stores and ensure policy compliance.

Formación

• Minimum 18 months work experience in sports/fashion retail with multi-store management responsibility.
• Australian local HR and Retail Award knowledge.
• Geographical mobility and VIC Driver's License with access to own vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of the district and its commercial success.
• Analyse relevant data with Retail Back Office partners and Store Managers.
• Coach Store Managers to grow leadership benchstrength and store performance.
• Ensure legal and financial integrity of the district’s store portfolio.
• Drive a service and selling culture with a consumer-obsessed mindset.
• Spend time on the sales floor during visits to identify service improvements.
• Be a Brand Ambassador and uphold Brand Attitude and Values.
• Ensure brand-aligned execution of product and operations.
• Deliver and schedule training across stores.
