Job summary

Arcare Ringwood is seeking an After Hours Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversee delivery of high-quality, person-centred care during night shifts. You will guide care staff, support residents, and foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

The role requires current AHPRA registration, a Bachelor of Nursing (or higher), and at least 2 years’ aged care RN experience with strong leadership and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration is required.
• Bachelor of Nursing (or higher) is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care.
• Grade 5 Registered Nurse qualification.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Demonstrated experience using ANNAC.
• Strong clinical skills including medication administration and wound care.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• High-level documentation in care planning and evaluation.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and manage a team.

What we’re looking for
