Job summary

Lyka is seeking a Partnerships Manager for the Veterinary Channel in Sydney to grow our pet nutrition brand within veterinary clinics. You will build clinic-level relationships, deliver customized engagement plans, and drive brand adoption across veterinary networks.

This field-based role emphasizes education, data-driven growth, and cross-functional collaboration to position Lyka as a leading pet wellness brand in Australia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in face-to-face business development and sales in healthcare or veterinary sectors.
• Ability to translate scientific evidence into compelling selling messages.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communicator and presenter at all organisational levels.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven sales strategy.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage time in a fast-paced startup.
• Passion for animals and pet wellness space.
• Experience in large field-based roles and managing clinics/partners.

Responsibilities

• Build clinic-specific relationships through regular field visits and tailored engagement plans.
• Plan and execute educational visits and clinic trials to grow BRMO/BUMO and clinic revenue.
• Serve as primary contact for clinics; provide timely support and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage customer acquisition budget to optimise CAC and maximise commercial return.
• Analyze territory sales performance, acquisition data, BRMO/BUMO metrics, and clinic feedback.
• Own territory P&L, driving growth while ensuring budget efficiency.
• Participate in conferences, veterinary schools, events to grow Lyka’s profile and clinic trust.
