Job summary

Lyka is a fast-growing Australian pet wellness company seeking a Partnerships Manager for the Veterinary Channel in Sydney. You will build trusted relationships with veterinary clinics, drive measurable growth, and translate scientific evidence into compelling messages for healthcare channels.

The role balances field-based visits with data-driven strategy and cross-functional collaboration to achieve brand leadership in Australian vet clinics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in face to face business development and sales within evidence-based channels (Healthcare, Specialist, Veterinary).
• Proven ability to translate scientific evidence into compelling selling messages for healthcare and professional sales channels.
• Strong relationship building and collaboration skills.
• You’re a great communicator and presenter at all levels of an organisation.
• An analytical and inquiring mind with data-driven sales strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build deep, clinic-specific relationships through regular field visits and customised engagement plans within territory.
• Plan and execute a pipeline of educational visits, product discussions, lunch-and-learns, and clinic trials.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clinics, providing timely support and cross-functional collaboration.
• Actively manage customer acquisition budget to optimise CAC and deliver maximum commercial return.
• Analyse territory sales performance, acquisition data, BRMO/BUMO metrics, and clinic feedback.
• Own the territory - level P&L contribution and growth while ensuring budget efficiency.
