Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in face-to-face business development and sales within healthcare/veterinary channels.
• Ability to translate scientific evidence into compelling messages for professional sales.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communicator and presenter at all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Build clinic-specific relationships through regular field visits and customized engagement plans.
• Plan and execute educational visits, product discussions, lunch-and-learns, and clinic trials to grow BRMO/BUMO and clinic revenue.
• Serve as primary contact for clinics; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless clinic experience.
• Manage territory-level P&L and contribute to growth while ensuring budget efficiency.
• Participate in conferences and veterinary events to grow Lyka's profile and deepen clinic trust.
