Lyka is an Australian-founded pet wellness company seeking a Partnerships professional to identify and engage new partners, primarily across the Breeder channel, and to scale Lyka’s network. You will work cross-functionally to build scalable processes and measure impact as we grow.

Formación

• 1-3+ years of experience in high-volume sales or channel partnerships.
• Experience in a high-growth B2B start-up (SaaS/FinTech) is preferred.
• Self-starter with strong relationship-building across internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
• Adaptable to ambiguity and changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and secure new partnerships across our Breeder channel.
• Analyse market trends to adjust sales strategies.
• Manage partner onboarding and early growth.
• Maintain a clean HubSpot pipeline with diligent hygiene.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Product.
