Job summary

Lyka is a Sydney-based pet wellness startup delivering fresh meals to pets across Australia. As a Sales Representative, you’ll engage pet parents face-to-face at kiosks, expos and community events, turning conversations into subscriptions and driving Lyka’s growth across Sydney.

You’ll be the face of Lyka at retail sites, delivering a compelling pitch and signing customers up on the spot while hitting daily and weekly targets.

Qualifications

• Strong people skills and the confidence to strike up a conversation with strangers.
• Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel to retail sites and events across greater Sydney.
• No sales experience required - just the right attitude.
• Must love pets!

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Lyka at retail sites and events, engaging customers directly and confidently.
• Deliver a compelling pitch on Lyka's product and sign customers up on the spot.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
• Represent Lyka's brand and values in every customer interaction.
• Set up and pack down your site/stand each shift.
