Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary reception, client care or practice administration.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and team.
• Ability to manage appointments, bookings and daily schedules efficiently.
• Familiarity with veterinary terminology and clinic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operation of the reception area.
• Coordinating appointments, bookings, and daily schedules.
• Greeting clients and patients and creating a welcoming clinic experience.
• Handling client enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Managing admission and discharge paperwork.
• Processing payments and managing accounts.
• Coordinating client communications and follow-up appointments.
• Supporting workflow between reception, nursing, and veterinary teams.
• Maintaining accurate client and patient records.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.
