Job summary

Batchelor Institute of Indigenous Tertiary Education invites applications for the VET Head of Learning and Teaching from experienced leaders in vocational education. Qualifications

Strong leadership capable of guiding VET teaching teams.
Extensive experience in planning, coordinating and monitoring training delivery.
Deep knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design.
Solid understanding of regulatory standards in education and training.
Proven ability to drive continuous improvement in teaching and learner outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead Senior Lecturers to achieve excellence in teaching and learning.
Foster a student-centred teaching culture with continuous improvement.
Align educational delivery with organisational strategy and contracts.
Oversee planning, coordination, and oversight of VET delivery and outcomes.
Monitor performance, enrolments, and workforce capacity for delivery.
