Job summary

Federation University Australia – Ballarat VIC is seeking a part-time TAFE teacher to deliver and assess quality VET programs. You will manage the end-to-end learning cycle, using online and workplace learning alongside traditional classroom delivery, with responsibilities from enrolment through to final assessment.

The role requires a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or diploma/higher in adult education), excellent communication, and the ability to maintain accurate records.

• Experience with online learning platforms and technologies.
• Ability to research, develop and implement innovative teaching curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, deliver and assess training programs.
• Monitor, assess and record student attendance, progress and results.
• Participate in internal and external contractual audits.
• Evaluate student teaching and learning resources.
• Possess Victorian Police Record Check and WWCC as required.
