• Vessel Operations Coordination & Planning: plan arrivals, berthing, loading and departures with stakeholders.
• Email and Systems Administration: manage high-volume emails across several systems.
• Teamwork: collaborate within a supportive environment.
• Navigating Multicultural & Demographic Interactions: interact with international crews and stakeholders.
• Information Handling & Incident Reporting: manage confidential data with integrity.
• Vessel Boarding: board vessels to assist operations.
• Rotating Roster: work on a rotating shift pattern.
