Wilhelmsen Port Services (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a Ship Agency Operator in Port Hedland. The role involves coordinating vessel operations, handling large volumes of email, and interfacing with diverse port stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in ship agency operations or maritime coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication across multicultural teams.
• Ability to manage high volumes of email and data entry with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vessel operations from planning arrivals to berthing and departures with Port Stakeholders.
• Handle high-volume emails and work across multiple computer systems (SEDNA, Excel, Teams, WASP, ESS, ics, MARS, Klein & Logistics Connect).
• Collaborate within a supportive team and communicate effectively with international crews and clients.
• Board vessels as part of operations and maintain safety and networking across harbour transfers.
