Encore APAC is seeking an Operations Manager - Venues to establish profitability benchmarks for each venue, and to drive improvements in efficiency and productivity across the group. Reporting to the Director of Event Technology, you will coordinate labour reporting and contribute to budget planning.

You will lead cross-venue initiatives, collaborate with the L&D team on training, participate in capital expenditure recommendations, and work with the Technology team on venue upgrades to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within events/venue operations
• Production background is highly desirable
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong time-management and organisational abilities
• Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving capabilities

Responsabilités

• Establish and monitor venue profitability benchmarks across each venue business unit
• Identify opportunities to improve labour efficiency and planning across venues
• Recommend operational changes to increase productivity and efficiency
• Ensure compliance of billing codes and reporting across Encore venues
• Coordinate with L&D to deliver consistent training and reporting
• Assist with tendering through compiling sales and labour resources data
• Maintain operational inspection reports for contracted venues (bi-annual)
• Provide data to support budgeting for each venue and advise on capital expenditure to the Technology Team
