Job summary

Nikola Estate in Western Australia is seeking a hands-on Venue Manager to lead both Restaurant Operations and Functions Operations across our historic winery venues. The senior role focuses on delivering exceptional events, overseeing guest experiences, team performance and financial outcomes.

You will manage daily operations, staffing with the Assistant Restaurant Manager and Functions Manager, and ensure smooth event delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily venue operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience and operational efficiency
• Monitor and manage staffing levels with Assistant Restaurant Manager and Functions manager, to meet business targets
• Lead, and develop a high-performing front of house team
• Deliver outstanding customer service and manage guest relationships
• Manage restaurant processes including opening end of day stocktakes menu uploads
• Hands-on approach to daily operations - you will be required to do restaurant shifts in quiet winter periods
• Availability to Saturday and Sundays

About the Role

As a Venue Manager, you will oversee both Restaurant Operations and Functions Operations across Nikola Estate, to ensure seamless function delivery.

In this senior leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of the venue operations, delivery, team management, customer engagement and financial performance.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and someone willing to be hands on.
