Job summary

Aambra Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Venue Manager for its Rose Bay venue in Sydney, a heritage church-turned-dining destination known for bold Levantine flavours and curated wines. This leadership role focuses on front of house operations and elevating the guest experience.

You will collaborate with ownership and the Head Chef to refine service standards, strengthen team culture, and drive commercial performance as the venue moves into its next growth phase.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Venue Manager or senior Restaurant Manager in premium or fine dining.
• Experience in premium or fine dining settings.
• Commercially minded with strong financial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day restaurant and bar operations
• Lead, train, and inspires the front of house team
• Drive service excellence and consistency
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and wine teams
• Manage rosters, labour costs, and operational budgets
• Maintain compliance, licensing, and safety standards
• Build strong guest relationships and encourage repeat visitation
