Job summary

Fed Hotel in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across hospitality, gaming, functions and accommodation. This leadership role requires a visible, hands-on approach, leading from the floor and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service.

You will manage rosters, labour costs, stock and profitability, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain presentation standards.

As Venue Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, team engagement, and commercial performance. You will be a visible leader who inspires your team, drives a positive workplace culture, and builds strong connections with guests, staff, suppliers, and the local community. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in the venue, not behind a desk. You will be visible, approachable and present, leading from the front and fostering a strong culture of accountability, service and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

Lead all day-to-day venue operations across hospitality, gaming, functions and accommodation

Be actively present on the floor during peak trading periods

Oversee motel accommodation operations, presentation standards and guest satisfaction
