Job summary

Greenstreat Collins Street is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead the flagship in Melbourne's CBD. You will own the venue, the team, the numbers, and the guest experience, delivering high standards in a fast-paced environment.

As a proactive leader, you will mentor staff, optimise rostering, manage stock and safety, and build strong supplier relationships while driving profitability and achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years hospitality experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven track record of hitting KPIs and driving profitability.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation and attention to detail.
• Experience leading a team in a busy, high-volume environment.
• Full-time availability across weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.

Greenstreat is growing, and we're looking for an experienced hospitality leader to run our Collins Street flagship. This is a full-time leadership role for someone ready to own a venue: the team, the numbers, the standards and the experience. If you're a venue or assistant manager ready to step up and lead a store of your own with a brand on a genuine growth run, we want to hear from you.

The role

About you

• Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge (current Food Safety Certificate preferred).
