Job summary

Greenstreat Collins Street is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead our flagship CBD store in Melbourne. You will manage the team, uphold standards, control stock, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role rewards proactive leaders with responsibility across rostering, training, supplier relations and KPI delivery, with career progression as Greenstreat expands.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years hospitality experience, including a supervisory or management role in fast-food or fast-casual.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of hitting KPIs and driving profitability.

Greenstreat is growing, and we're looking for an experienced hospitality leader to run our Collins Street flagship. This is a full-time leadership role for someone ready to own a venue: the team, the numbers, the standards and the experience. The role
