Greenstreat Collins Street is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead the Collins Street flagship in the Melbourne CBD. You will own the venue, the team, the numbers, the standards and the guest experience, with a full-time leadership remit.

This role suits a proactive leader who makes quick decisions, manages rostering and forecasting, drives profitability and KPIs, and builds strong supplier relationships while upholding food safety and high-service standards.

Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years' hospitality experience, including a supervisory or management role in fast-food or fast-casual.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of hitting KPIs and driving profitability.
• Experience leading a team in a busy, high-volume environment.
• Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge (current Food Safety Certificate preferred).
• Full-time availability across weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.

Greenstreat is growing, and we're looking for an experienced hospitality leader to run our Collins Street flagship. This is a full-time leadership role for someone ready to own a venue: the team, the numbers, the standards and the experience.
