Job summary

T’Gallant Vineyard is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead our restaurant and bar operations, inspire our front-of-house team and deliver the exceptional hospitality we're known for.

Based at the Mornington Peninsula vineyard, you will oversee La Baracca and Spuntino Bar, coach a team of up to 30 casual staff and partner with the Head Chef to deliver memorable guest experiences and smooth service in a busy, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in venue management or comparable hospitality management.
• RSA certification (Victorian) is required.

• Lead daily operations across La Baracca and Spuntino Bar, ensuring consistently high service standards.
• Coach, motivate and develop a front-of-house team (up to 30 casual employees).

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll:

Lead daily operations across La Baracca and Spuntino Bar, ensuring consistently high service standards.

Current Victorian RSA certification.
