Mornington Golf Club is seeking a full-time Hospitality Supervisor to oversee the Bar, Restaurant and Function Rooms, delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role is hands-on and involves leading staff, rostering, training, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of supervisory hospitality experience, strong leadership and customer service skills, and a current Victorian RSA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid organisational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of food provenance, wine and beer service.
• Current Victorian RSA qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support hospitality staff, including hiring, training, and rostering.
• Ensure service standards are maintained and exceeded.
• Manage inventory and ordering of food and beverage items.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
