Yo-Chi Prospect! seeks a passionate Venue Leader to guide a high performing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This hands-on role involves coaching, rostering, stock control, and driving commercial results across a busy hospitality venue.

You’ll lead by example, cultivate a positive culture, and ensure standards across service, food safety, and presentation. Flexibility across a rotating roster is required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in hospitality or QSR environments.
• Experience coaching and developing high performing teams.
• Understanding of labour management, COGS, and venue performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and set the standard for your team each shift.
• Provide ongoing training, feedback, and support to team members.
• Support sales growth while managing labour and COGS to hit targets.
• Oversee rostering, stock management, ordering, cash handling, venue administration, and compliance.
• Recruit, onboard, lead, and retain a high performing team.
• Ensure standards across guest experience, product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Take ownership of venue performance, team engagement, and operational execution.
