Job summary

Mastermyne is seeking experienced Ventilation Operator/Miners to join our Mackay crews. This full-time role offers a 7/7 roster, BIBO from Mackay or DIDO, and salary sacrifice flights. Camp and meals provided with bus transport to site.

KPI bonus and extensive employee benefits accompany a strong safety culture. Essential experience includes underground coal work and ventilation tasks, with chemical application desirable.

Qualifications

• Underground coal experience is essential; not entry-level.
• Ventilation works experience is required.
• Chemical application / pumping experience is desirable.
• Underground Standard 11 certification is required.
• Current QLD Coal Health Assessment is required.
• Valid Driver’s Licence is mandatory.
• Signed copies of training transcripts and authorisations.

Minimum skills and experience required are:

• Demonstrated Underground Coal experience is essential, this is not an entry-level position;
• Proven experience in Ventilation works;
• Chemical application / pumping experience - Highly desirable;
• Underground Standard 11;
• Current QLD Coal Health Assessment;
• Valid Driver’s Licence;
• Signed copies of training transcripts and/or authorisations.
