Job summary

Wavelink in Melbourne seeks a proactive Vendor Admin & Coordination role to support vendors and the wider Wavelink team across security, networking and intelligent networks pillars (excluding Fortinet).

You will assist with vendor activity, maintain information, coordinate follow-up actions, and learn how vendor programs support growth in the ANZ market. The role offers hybrid work and modern offices in Hawthorn (Melbourne) and Paddington (Sydney).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in vendor administration or sales support.
• Experience in technology distribution or partner landscape is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative support for vendor activities and meetings.
• Develop vendor plans and maintain contact lists and trackers.
• Schedule meetings, agendas, notes and follow-up actions.
• Prepare vendor updates, internal summaries and sales activity reports.
• Assist with pricing requests, deal registrations, rebates and vendor program requirements.
• Coordinate updates between vendors and internal teams.
• Lead vendor programs, processes and requirements.
• Support Sales and partner communications and pipeline information in Hubspot.
• Ensure clear communication with internal teams and vendor contacts.
