Wavelink is seeking an entry-level Partner Experience Coordinator to join our North Sydney office. You will engage with resellers by phone, email or chat, qualify enquiries, and help prepare quotes for our portfolio of technology solutions.

You€™ll circulate product information, keep portals up-to-date, and support ERP/CRM updates while participating in regular sales meetings and producing reports. We value energy, initiative and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Superior communication skills (verbal and written).
• High energy, drive and enthusiasm.
• Highly organized with a high attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Team player with a “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to learn and retain product information about Wavelink products.
• Experience with Excel.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational support working closely with Channel Account Managers generating accurate quotes within defined SLA’s.
• Qualify and manage inbound enquiries via phone, email or chat.
• Ensure the circulation of product and promotional information to resellers.
• Keep Wavelink Partner portal leads and order status up to date.
• Update ERP and CRM system with all forms of communication.
• Attend and participate in all sales meetings (e.g. weekly, monthly).
• Produce reports upon request.
