Job summary

CMV Group is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Department by managing vehicle stock and coordinating movement with external suppliers and customers. You will oversee the full lifecycle of orders from build through delivery, liaising with body builders, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure vehicles are delivered on time and to specification.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry with stock control and/or export/logistics knowledge.
• Valid Driver's licence (HR/HC/MC an advantage).
• Strong communication and time-management skills; professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Source and locate vehicles from manufacturers or other dealerships as required.
• Receive and assist with coordination of new vehicles into stock.
• Coordinate fitting of bodies and accessories by internal/external suppliers.
• Raise and process invoices and purchase orders efficiently.
• Process registrations for new vehicles and apply bailment stickers.
