• Liaise with sales consultants, finance teams and operational staff to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery.
• Follow up outstanding documentation, payments and settlement requirements.
• Coordinate registration and delivery-related administration.
• Coordinate vehicle movements between the Clayton warehouse and dealership locations.
• Monitor vehicle readiness and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records and customer information.
• Resolve delivery-related enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and customer experience.
