Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Car rental experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computers and rental software.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers choosing vehicle rentals.
• Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell additional products and services.
• Resolve inquiries promptly with a service-first approach.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Inspect vehicles before/after rentals.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and services.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Refuel and transport vehicles.
