Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a sales-minded and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Officer to join our Newcastle Airport & City team on a full-time basis.

You will greet customers, process rentals, upsell products, and strive to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and a proactive, customer-first mindset are essential. Experience in car rental or retail is helpful, with shift work including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in renting vehicles based on their preferences.
• Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently.
• Promote and upsell additional products and services.

• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Inspect vehicles before and after rental periods.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, services, and products to assist with sales efforts.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
