Cars24 in Melbourne is seeking a detail-driven Logistics Coordinator to keep our vehicle pipeline moving from procurement through refurbishment and beyond.

You will manage inventory, coordinate transport, and perform daily stock reconciliations, collaborating with buying, refurbishment and transport teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate records. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced operation and takes pride in precision.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, inventory, warehouse coordination or automotive operations.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using Google Sheets or Excel and inventory systems.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple operational teams.
• Australian working rights and willingness to undergo police background check.

Responsibilities

• Record inbound/outbound vehicle movements and maintain inventory records.
• Coordinate transport bookings with 3PL providers.
• Perform daily stock reconciliations and checks.
• Identify and report major vehicle issues to the buying team.
• Reconcile yard inventory and ensure accurate accounting.
• Follow SOPs and WHS compliance.
• Collaborate with buying, yard, refurbishment and transport teams to maximise flow.
