Job summary

Geely Australia is seeking an organised Company Vehicle Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of the company vehicle fleet. You will coordinate allocation, handovers, registrations, insurance, servicing, repairs, incidents, and disposal, working closely with employees, Finance, HR, and external partners to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in fleet coordination or automotive administration, strong organisational and communication skills, and

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in fleet coordination, automotive administration or similar role.
• Experience in automotive OEM or fleet management is valued.
• Strong record-keeping and organisation are essential.
• Proficient with Excel and fleet management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration of the company vehicle fleet across vehicles and drivers.
• Maintain vehicle register with allocation, registration, insurance, servicing and status.
• Manage end-to-end vehicle lifecycle: allocation, handover, de-fleet, disposal and reporting.
• Liaise with HR, Finance, external suppliers and insurers to ensure compliance and timely actions.
