Job summary

Oryx People Pty is seeking a highly organised Stock Controller to oversee vehicle inventory and coordinate stock across Brisbane locations. The role requires meticulous record-keeping, strong communication across teams, and hands-on management of vehicle movements and registrations.

You will track stock levels, ensure accurate documentation, and liaise with multiple sites to maintain smooth operations as the dealership expands into EV/Hybrid portfolios.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control or vehicle administration is preferred.
• Background in automotive dealership or distribution aids understanding.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle stock movements between locations.
• Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records and keep data up-to-date.
• Handle vehicle registrations, transfers and related paperwork.
• Monitor arrivals, deliveries and stock allocation across sites.
• Ensure paperwork and vehicle details are complete and accurate.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align vehicle availability and movements.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock records or documentation.
• Support efficient stock control processes as the operation grows.
• Maintain organised records and follow relevant procedures.
