Porsche Centre Sydney South is seeking a Vehicle Handover & Delivery Coordinator to join our factory-owned dealership in Alexandria on a permanent full-time basis. You will coordinate vehicle delivery processes and support seamless handovers, reflecting the premium Porsche experience.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Previous automotive dealership or vehicle delivery experience is highly regarded.
• Professional presentation, positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work a 5-day roster, including Saturdays.
• Current and valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation for all deliveries and handover to customers.
• Act as Porsche ambassador between Sales Consultant and customer to exceed expectations.
• Assist Sales Consultants with administration of vehicle sales processes.
• Arrange installation of dealer-fitted accessories (e.g., floor mats, roof racks).
• Prepare required documentation and gifting for deliveries.
• Maintain accurate pre-delivery inspections, QC checks and customer profile records.
• Provide a memorable vehicle handover experience to ensure customer satisfaction.
