- Explain key vehicle features and answer customer questions during handover.
- Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction.
- Encourage customers to share their experiences via Google Reviews.
- Create 30-second vehicle walkaround videos for Carsales listings.
- Manage Car Depot's Facebook Marketplace vehicle listings.
- Upload new vehicles with accurate descriptions, photos and pricing.

This is a diverse, hands-on role combining customer vehicle deliveries, online vehicle listings and aftermarket product sales. You will be coordinating vehicle deliveries to ensure every customer enjoys a smooth, professional and memorable handover, creating engaging 30-second vehicle walkaround videos for Carsales listings, managing Car Depot's Facebook Marketplace vehicle listings, and introducing customers to relevant aftermarket products and vehicle protection options.
Key responsibilities
