About The Role

As our Vehicle Coordinator & Yard Hand, you’ll be the engine behind the smooth flow and top-notch readiness of Splend’s fleet at our Stockport, Gold Coast Hub. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where no two days are the same. You’ll take full ownership of making sure our vehicles are clean, serviced, damage-assessed, and 100% customer-ready across all product lines.

From the final polish on a bonnet to ensuring our fleet meets the highest safety standards, you'll be the go-to for the presentation, preparation, and security of every vehicle that hits the road. Responsibilities

• Ensuring all vehicles are cleaned, full of fuel/charge.
• Controlling cars that are onsite at the depot, ensuring depot carpark is neat and tidy.
• Movement of vehicles to and from specified locations as required (Service, Warranty, etc).
• Completion of Inspection photos for vehicles (inbound, outbound)
• Inspecting and reviewing accident repaired vehicles
• Organisation of depot at the end of each day – ensuring vehicles are parked appropriately and secure.
• Assisting stakeholders with vehicle pick ups – Service, Accident repairs.
• Ensuring all vehicles are serviced on time and have the necessary works completed
• Receiving and preparing new vehicles (installation of telematic devices)
• Assisting in vehicle preparation for de-fleet (sale preparation)
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Full unrestricted Australian Driver’s License (must have)
• Comfortable commuting and working out of our Gold Coast Hub located in Stockport
• Intermediate level computer skills
• Strong can-do attitude with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to ensure all compliance requirements are met
• The ability to go above & beyond in your role to assist the team and for customer satisfaction.
• Previous customer service experience (desirable)
• Stock control/Logistics or related industry experience (desirable)
• Mechanical aptitude or a reasonable understanding of motor vehicles(desirable)
